Brasil quilombo

Synopsis:

The first settlements of the slaves that arrived to Brazil and managed to flee and live in freedom are still stuck in the past. Their houses made of adobe and cane and their rudimentary farm tools are testaments to that fact. This documentary narrates the living conditions in one of these settlements where it seems time has stood still.
